As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will design and develop automated tests, analyze results and coach teammates. As a QAE you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of product excellence.

 

Your package

• Participate in all stages of software development.

• Create testing strategies for new features or architectural changes.

• Specify test cases for user stories to assure good coverage of automated tests.

• Design, write, maintain, and execute test automation and test scripts.

• Be focused on improving our ability to test efficiently as well as enhancing the product and customer experience.

• Share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues.

• Help lead the automation strategy design and implementation of your team and project.

• Identify improvements in working ways and processes.

• Promote high standards and best practices.

• Analyze requirements and user stories with a critical mindset, identifying possible gaps and being ready to collaborate with Product team and other stakeholders.



Your equipment

 

• 5+ years as a Quality Assurance Engineer with focus in test automation.

• Experience in both manual and automated testing methods.

• Working knowledge in development languages like JavaScript, Python, Java...

• Working knowledge in testing tools and frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, K6, Jmeter...

• Experience in API (REST), E2E and performance testing.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

• Comfortable with Linux navigation and script automation using shell.

• Understanding of microservice oriented architectures.

• Comfortable with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, circleci

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Empathy towards team members

• Commitment to transparency and open communication.

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
