Yonderland is a leading omnichannel outdoor retailer in Europe with the labels AS Adventure and Juttu in Belgium, Bever in the Netherlands and Cotswold, Snow+Rock and Runnersneed in the UK.
Yonderland has a central IT team that supports three business units in multiple countries.
Due to the continuous growth of the Yonderland group we are looking to scale up our data efforts with a BI Solution Manager position.
What you'll do:
· You are part of the team that is responsible for the overall Data & Analytics service
· You act as a domain owner for data & analytics solutions – this means that you are in close contact with both business stakeholders and the development team. Together you create the best possible solutions to serve our end users
· You will discuss potential projects and the planning and priority of current projects with business stakeholders on a regular basis
· You will perform a functional analysis on new tickets, get those tickets ready for grooming with the development team, and you will test the development once complete to ensure qualitative delivery of the solution towards the organization
· You are also the go-to person for your appointed business stakeholders for any question concerning data and analytics

What's in your backpack:
· You have at least 3 years of relevant experience – relevant experience includes (but does not need to be limited to) stakeholder management, functional analysis, priority alignment
· You have worked on extensive data projects before and you understand how data can provide a clear and measurable response to an organization’s key questions
· Experience with a BI platform is a must (we use MicroStrategy)
· Experience with SQL is a nice-to-have
· You can communicate fluently – spoken and written – in English and Dutch
· You are a team player who takes initiative and asks questions if necessary
